Research

An Integrated Master Plan for Sustainable Community Development to address the Periodic Flooding

  • Abstract
  • These disasters impact on lifestyle and socio-economic development in many areas. Moreover, these also affect the security of food supply and fresh water both quantity and quality of agricultural products, and livestock. For example, fisheries reduced the impact on ecosystems. Biological diversity of plant and animal species extinction affects the ecological balance. Moreover, such disasters also affect the migration of the population. Due to the migration, it could impact on health, the spread of disease, illness, high temperature and stress.
  • While the agricultural area than 10,301,830 acres losses 81,095 million, and not clear answer to their agricultural sector is, however, the over 11,325,182 people will have to adapt how to fit the environment to the gap between the farmers and people in the city and the region's economies have become more and more space at the edge of social issues, sequins should encourage the government and relevant agencies are aware of.
  • We, as the nation's leading educational institutions have a role to help guide the society through leadership in combination with educational institutions in the local area to find the solution, integrated and sustainable. Villagers will have to adapt agriculture to residential and public infrastructure to suit the environment in the future and looking for ways to solve problems quickly by another 8-9 months. Forward to the rainy season, flood water is flowing into the sector again.
  • Our research team work together with the community to operation proposed guidelines to improve the existing infrastructure and to develop a master plan for the community and the environment.
  • Our goal is to familiarize participants with the local people and community leaders to push for local government to create local legislation to establish risk areas and prohibit construction of permanent buildings for the development direction to approach to community involvement in the widespread opinion and to point out the importance of self-reliance.
